This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
- Order cancellation: Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 24 hours (1 day) of placing the order and before the order has been shipped. Cancellation requests will not be entertained once shipping has started or the product is out for delivery. In such cases, you may reject the product at the doorstep.
- Specialized items: VENDEXA TECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for certain specialized items. However, a refund or replacement may be provided if you establish that the product delivered is defective or not of acceptable quality.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect products: Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect items to our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. If the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, notify customer service within the same 7-day window. Our team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
- Manufacturer warranty: For products covered by a manufacturer warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.
- Refund processing: Once a refund is approved and the returned product is received and verified (if applicable), the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 6-7 business days.

Shipping Policy
Delivery Timeline: The product will be delivered to your location within 15 days from the date of order confirmation.
Return Policy
Return Window: Please return the product within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Defective or Damaged Product Policy
Important: If the product is defective or damaged, please return the product within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing video. The unboxing video helps us verify the issue and process your return quickly. Please submit the video along with clear photos of the defect or damage to contactus@vendexa.in.
Exchange/Replacement Policy
Delivery Timeline: We will deliver the exchange/replacement product within 15 days from the date of approval of your exchange/replacement request.
Refund Processing
Refund Timeline: Once we verify the refund request and receive the returned product (if applicable), we will credit the refund to the original payment method within 6-7 business days.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. The processing time may vary depending on the payment method:
